Our Mission
A grassroot organization found out of love & humanity
Toronto has the most homeless people in Canada. The proportion of individuals who reported addiction or substance use increases with time spent homeless, from 19.0% at 0 to 2 months to 28.2% for those who reported over 6 months of homelessness. Youths from underprivileged families are most at risk of this epidemic.
To tackle this serious social and humanity issue, Streetwise Toronto has decided to set up free counselling and employment services for them. We will enrich youths for brighter future of our society. Youths are pillars of our future generation and we will use love and humanity to guide them to the right paths of life.

Our Services

Addiction counselling is something many people view as being “extra” when it comes to the recovery process. However, in successfully getting rid of an addiction, regardless of whether it is to alcohol, prescription meds, or illicit drugs, it will be a difficult road ahead.
For those suffering of opioid addiction, it can be even more challenging as the detox process is just the beginning of fighting the long-term battle of cravings and the possibility of a relapse. This is where addiction counselling can be invaluable.
The fact is that addiction counselling is a vital part of any drug abuse recovery and treatment program for many people.
